GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

This booking application implies that you accept the campsite regulations and the following terms and conditions:

• The rented accommodation is let by name and may not any circumstances be sublet. The accommodation is designed for 4 or 6 people at the most, whatever age they may be, and one vehicule. Extra charges will be invoiced at camp site rates. You are responsible for cleaning the accommodation at the end of you stay. You will be required to pay a security deposit of 370 €. At the end of stay cleaning 70 € on arrival as a guarantee for the state of the premises and all the equipment contained in the accommodation. The deposit will be refunded, either fully or partially, depending on the inventory check at time of departure.
• Mobil-home will not be let out for less than 7 days in the high season. Arrival on saturday must be between
  4. 00 p.m and 7.00 p.m at the most. Departure on saturday must be between 8.00 a.m (at the earliest) and
  10.00 a.m. o’clock.
• With the application you must enclose payment of 25 % of the total cost on account of the cost of the accommodation and 14 € of booking and administration fees. The balance is to be paid on arrival and the tourism tax in force. All holidays are payable in full according to the dates. No refund will be made, early departures or late arrivals. Cancellation of reservations must be in writing and received by our reservations offi ce at least 30 days prior to arrival, after deduction of booking and administration fees. After that date, all sums paid will belong to the camp site. In any event, the booking and administration fees will be retained.
• Mobil-homes will be reserved for 24 hours as of the due date of arrival. After that (unless we have received written notification), they will no longer be kept available and all payment made will belong to the campsite.
• Bed sheets and households linen are not provided but are compulsory. However sheets may be hired on location. Please inform us when you make your booking.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PITCH RENTAL

This rental request implies acceptance of the campsite’s internal regulations and the following conditions:
A pitch is rented by name and may not be sublet under any circumstances. The duration of the rental of a pitch cannot be less than 7 nights. Pitches are rented from the day of arrival after 14.00 to the day of departure before 11.30. The rental application must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the rental and € 14.00 for administration and secretarial costs. The balance will be paid on arrival plus the applicable tourist tax. All stays are due in full according to the dates indicated on the present contract. No reimbursement will be made in the event of early departure or late arrival. In the event of withdrawal in WRITING 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be reimbursed, minus the administrative and administrative costs. After this period, the administrative and secretarial fees will be retained. Provide a holiday liability certificate.
